Good news! If you had shipping protection through our partner, Corso, handing this situation will be simple! Just follow the instructions below. Unfortunately, if you did not select to have Green Shipping Protection, this package was not covered and we are not liable for any lost, damaged, or stolen items.

How do I file a claim?

If you have an issue with shipping and you purchased Green Shipping Protection simply go tocorkcicle.kuajingcaiji.com. You will need your email and order # ready and Corso will make sure to get you taken care of right away!

The glue used on the side sticker is susceptible to the environment, making the adhesive difficult to separate from the surface in some cases if it’s been exposed to extreme heat or humidity.

Here are some helpful ways to remove the sticker:
Do not use acetate (nail polish remover) on the sticker. Best practice is dish soap and warm water. For extreme cases, use Goo Gone or Micellar Water to remove the glue/paper residue.

Additionally, you could cover the residue in a soft powder (flour or baby powder for example) and let it sit for 10+ minutes, and then washing off with warm water and soap.

Corkcicle Tumbler lids are designed to be spill-resistant so you don’t have to worry about any major spills. However, it’s not designed to be completely leak-proof. There is a tiny steam hold on the top of the slider piece, so be sure to keep your Tumbler upright when you’re on the go. 

Our Canteens, Sport Canteens, and Commuter Cups on the other hand are completely leak-proof! If you’re looking for a product you can toss in your bag with no worries, all of these products are great options for you.

TROUBLESHOOTING

If your Tumbler is leaking from where the edge of the cup and the lid meet, it may be an issue with your lid’s rubber gasket. Please ensure the flat side of the gasket is resting flat in the groove on the lid. Now, simultaneously twist the lid as if you were screwing it on, and push the lid down to create a great seal. If you push the lid straight down onto the tumbler, the gasket may “roll” out of place and cause the lid to pop back up.

ARCTICANS

At this time, for any misplaced silicone rings, felt bottle sleeves, or freezable screw-on disks, we do not have replacement parts available for purchase on our website.

f you regularly use your Corkcicle with Tea, Coffee, or Wine, you may begin to see some discoloration/staining on the stainless steel interior. We suggest using baking soda and lemon juice, or household vinegar to clean your Corkcicle product naturally.

For heavy-duty staining, our team suggests using Bottle Bright to rid of any interior stains. Corkcicle is unaffiliated with Bottle Bright, but it’s a common product found in our office! Bottle Bright is natural, safe, non-toxic, biodegradable & chlorine-free.
