We are happy to offer shipping protection on any US order. Simply select the Green Shipping Protection option at checkout. Please note that we are unable to add this protection after an order has been placed. 

 

What is Green Shipping Protection?

We partner with Corso to provide hassle free solutions to issues during the shipping process outside of our control like lost, stolen, or damaged items. When these things happen, Corso helps you avoid going through the encumbered claims process with the carrier and causing delays in our ability to get a reorder out to you right away. This service also makes a contribution to a verified carbon offset project to make your shipment carbon neutral. 

 

How do I file a claim?

If you have an issue with shipping and you purchased Green Shipping Protection simply go to. You will need your email and order # ready and Corso will make sure to get you taken care of right away!

 

By not selecting Green Shipping Protection, we are not liable for any lost, damaged, or stolen items.

SHIPPING OPTIONS AND DELIVERY CUTOFFS

 

How your order ships can depend on the size of the package, seasonal fluctuations and many other factors. To get the best estimate, please review the below information compared to the method shown at check out.

As a rule of thumb, standard shipping can take 5-10 business days. Expedited 2-Day shipping will take two days, after processing. 

 

SERVICES:

UPS

  • Does not deliver to PO Boxes
  • UPS Mail Innovations: UPS Mail Innovations is a partnership between UPS and the U.S. Postal Service. UPS handles the initial processing and transportation of the package, and then the final delivery is completed by USPS. Because the package transfers between carriers, tracking updates can sometimes be less frequent or slightly delayed in the system.

    Most orders arrive within 7–14 business days, but occasional delays can happen—especially around holidays or in high-volume shipping periods.

  • UPS Ground: Delivery can be expected within 3 to 5 business days once shipped. Mon-Fri delivery only. Items may arrive in multiple shipments.

DHL

  • Does not deliver to PO Boxes
  • SmartMail Parcel Plus: Is a partnership between DHL and the U.S. Postal Service. DHL handles the initial processing and transportation of the package, and then the final delivery is completed by USPS. Because the package transfers between carriers, tracking updates can sometimes be less frequent or slightly delayed in the system.

    Most orders arrive within 5–10 business days, but occasional delays can happen—especially around holidays or in high-volume shipping periods.

FEDEX

  • FedEx SmartPost: Most orders arrive within 7–14 business days, but occasional delays can happen—especially around holidays or in high-volume shipping periods.
  • FedEx Ground: Delivery can be expected within 3 to 5 business days once shipped. Mon-Fri delivery only. Items may arrive in multiple shipments. Shipping to and from Alaska and Hawaii requires 3–7 business days
  • FedEx 2 Day: Delivery can be expected within 2 business days once shipped. Mon-Fri delivery only. Items may arrive in multiple shipments.

USPS

  • USPS Standard: Delivery can be expected within 18 to 45 business days once shipped. Mon-Fri delivery only. Items may arrive in multiple shipments.

Please note: Shipping internationally may encounter delays. Shipping arrival dates are subject to carrier delays, especially during peak season. Corkcicle is not responsible for carrier delays.

We currently offer free Standard shipping on orders over $55 (US orders only). Please note the following stipulations:

  • Order subtotal must be $55 after any discounts have been applied, and does not include taxes.
  • The offer is only valid for Standard Shipping. Depending on your shipping address, your free shipping option may vary.  
  • Free shipping will automatically apply if you qualify. Please choose the $0.00 option. No code is necessary. 
  • The Chill Pod and Ice Box do not qualify for free shipping as they are required to ship UPS Ground.

The packing slip for your order will not include pricing. Additionally, we offer a gift message option in cart. Personalized orders cannot include Gift Messaging at this time. Please note, all packages will be clearly marked CORKCICLE. on the outside of the box. Cheers!

  • UPS Ground: This preferred method of shipping is for orders placed by 12:00pm EST, delivery can be expected within 3 to 5 business days. Mon-Fri delivery only. Items may arrive in multiple shipments.
  • UPS 2 Day: For orders placed by 12:00pm EST, delivery can be expected within the following 2 business days. Mon-Fri delivery only. Items may arrive in multiple shipments.
  • UPS International Priority (Hawaii Only): For orders placed by 1:00pm EST, delivery can be expected within 2-4 business days. Mon-Fri delivery only. Items may arrive in multiple shipments.
  • UPS Overnight: For orders placed by 12:00pm EST, delivery can be expected within 1 business day. Mon-Fri delivery only. Items may arrive in multiple shipments.

USPS

  • USPS Standard: For orders placed by 12:00pm EST, delivery can be expected within 18 to 45 business days. Mon-Fri delivery only. Items may arrive in multiple shipments.

All shipments are sent from our warehouse in Atlanta, Georgia.
